Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Controller to join our team. The Controller will oversee all financial aspects of the company and play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of accounting; oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Perform account reconciliations and analysis
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements

Skills:

- Proficiency in Quickbooks accounting software
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, debits, credits, and double-entry bookkeeping
- Experience in financial report writing and analysis
- Background in public accounting is a plus
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis
